I bought this drum off eBay the other day for $35 plus $15 shipping. Good deal? I imagine it came with more lugs originally, but do any of you know? It has 4. Seems like it might be easier to clamp down with 2 more, so does anyone have these rods for sale? The rod itself is 5"

Or advice on something else to use?

Also, any tips on getting it to sound good? It's pretty boingy, almost timbale like right now.
