Which Trade Would You Take

I have two trade offers for my Ludwig wmp kit, I can't decide if I should take one or pass on both of them.

1 Gretsch Renown Maple in an inca gold laquer finish, 10,12,14,20 with matching snare, vintage Paiste 602 hats and $200.

2 Rogers Cleveland era 9x13, 5ply, 14x22, 3ply in a silver glass glitter finish and a 6.5x14 WFL Contest Model Concert snare.

I wouldn't trade the sweet WMP you have for any of those options

Agree with DFX - I'd keep the Ludwig kit.

While I am a Gretsch guy, the kit being offered (IMHO) isn't comparable and you may hunt for a while for matching wraps to complete the Rogers kit.

If you do decide to go for the Rogers kit, I would be interested in the WFL snare if you don't want to keep it.

Thanks guys, I appreciate the help. The only reason I'm even thinking about one of these trades is because of the Ludwig being a pieced together kit, I don't have a lot invested in them and I like trading drums.

That being said, I understand why most of you think I should keep the Ludwigs.

I could if I had the cash and I wanted three kits. Contrary to what some may think, I'm not really a gear guy, meaning I don't like having more than I need. I have two kits and three snares, one kit stays in my rehearsal room and one I gig with. The three snares are from different eras, a pre-serial number Pioneer, a 70's supra and a Classic Maple from the 90's. That's more than enough I need to get the job done.

I'm sure some of you question my obsession with trading drums and that's ok.
