I've got a couple of lugs that are missing the spring inside. Any suggestions on where to get just the springs?

Take a spring to a local hardware store and ask for a Compression Spring to match it.

Check out Drumfactorydirect. This link will take you straight to the page that has lug springs, which come in different lengths. https://www.drumfactorydirect.com/index.php?main_page=index&cPath=6_9_111

Go to your local used drum store and pick 10 or 12 used lugs with the right length of spring inside, they usually have them at $1 each and you will have spares.
Keep fixing them up...

Went to hardware store... yep they had an identical spring. Three-pack for $3.
