What's the value? Last viewed: 6 hours ago

I have 2 Ludwig early 70's olive badge 14x30 bass drums. I custom ordered them from Ludwig. They put the tom mount and spurs hardware on a 30" marching drum at the factory. They can be used for either purpose.

Before I put them up for sale I wanted to get an idea of their value.

Thanks

Why 30"? I'm a Ludwig guy, and those would be worthless to me. It's all in the demand. What sort of tom mounts, and where are they located? Pictures. Good luck.

if this is thee s.g., dig your work man...

as for the kicks, here in so-cal i see 28" and 30" a decent amount of time.

i know people do buy them, but it kinda like a situation were someone has a stiffy to get a bigger kick for show. sometimes i know drum cartage companies out here get a request for one and i or someone else gets a call.

i would say it also depends what year and color they are. early 70's 3 ply maple i would suspect would get more attention than say...6 ply.

but that's here in socal. elsewhere i don't know. fellow forumites?...any info?
