Need some guidance here.
What would you expect to pay for a 10" tom to be custom hand glittered and then lacquered to hi gloss.?

For just a 10" tom, I would think somewhere in the neighborhood of $300. All that work is very labor intensive. I had my 2006 Pearl Export stripped of the original Gun Metal Sparkle wrap and hand painted in a gorgeous blue sparkle finish with lots of clear coat. The finish is as smooth as a baby's behind... all due to the labor.
