What model is my Rogers Kit

Loading...

I have an early 70's vintage Rogers kit. I bought it in 72. I never knew the model of the kit. It is a four piece...14x22 bass, 9X13, 16 floor tom with a Dyna snare. The bass has one tom holder to the left side and a cymbal holder on the right. I have never had the L arm and would like to find one.

My best guess is that it is a Starlighter or Celebrity. There only appears to be subtle changes between models.

Thanks

I think I have figured this out for myself.....the kit models were just prepackaged groups of powertone shells in various sizes and with different snares and hardware. There appears to be no differences in the actual drums. So my kit could have been one of the two I mentioned earlier or just a shell pack of those particular sizes.

Cheers

You are describing a Starlighter in 22, 13, 16. Pages 6 and 7 of the 1973 catalogue.
