What is YOUR Top 10 Drummer's List of All Time

Loading...

I had to think about this on my commute home.

This is kind of in order. It's more like, the top of the list is my absolute end all-be all favorite, then a nine way tie for second.

Gene Krupa

Papa Jo Jones

Joe Morello

Jerry Allison

Earl Palmer

Ringo Starr

Dino Danelli

Stan Kozlowski (Providence, RI)

John Tashjian (Boston, MA)

Brian Rothwell (Boston, MA)

I always feel I have to include the last 3 in any "Favorite Drummer" list as they're not only great drummers, but great friends who I'm thankful to have.

I've learned more from them than anyone else.
