What is this Ludwig snare drum?

Hi to all

From distance, at first I thought it is bronze L-554, but it is not

That yellow finish is striping down and inner of snare is classic Ludwig

Badge put it in 1976-1977

the guy hwo own it tell me that badge is not removed and put back, looks intact

What this can be?

Looks to me like someone painted the gold one, probably as a result of flaking chrome.

exactly what i was going to say.

Looks like a super sensitive painted. Sometimes you can rotate the badge a little to see what is under it for a finish.
