First off, yes it's a great sounding drum, but definitely players grade not a collection piece. This drum was painted black over the wrap & painted silver inside. I stripped the black off the wrap (nor perfectly), but it really could use a good Novus 2 & 1. I got fed up with the stripping & decided to leave the silver paint on the inside. though it wouldn't be hard to remove. The leg mounts/legs have been replaced with vintage Gretsch, so there is an extra hole for the wider Gretsch mounting holes. Lugs are all nickel, but rods are mixed as are hoops (1 COS, 1 NOB). The "looks nice from a few feet away" rule applies here.

This was going to be the beginnings of a WFL orphans kit until another Rogers kit fell into my lap. Since floor toms are the missing Tupperware tops of the drum world I'm sure someone could use a players grade 3 ply WFL floor tom. Asking $250 usd shipped to US 48 or Canada/Paypal
