Here are some weird parts-rods are marked "Made in Japan" and may at one time had a roll pin at the opposite end of the plastic sleeve. The other part has microphone size threads on both ends of the pipe and some strange clamp...

I have no clue what any of those parts are for! The second one 'could be' a Yamaha Nut Cracker. Just put your nuts into the little vice and turn the wing nut until you hear a loud, 'Crack!' LOL
All kidding aside... I haven't got a clue.

The second photo looks like a mike stand that clamps to the edge of a table top.

Gee - where's Mikey Ahl when you need him! I hope he is ok.
I have no idea what those are - but a fair guess would be a clamp for some aux perc.
Wait - looks like I did have an idea afterall!
You can use that clamp to clamp to a BD hoop - then have that pipe to mount a mic (via mic clip onto that pipe).

I had a great day! Instead of sleeping in and wasting the day, I got up at 8 and I had all my slacking done by noon!
