Looking for a Vintage Cocktail Drum on a Budget - don't want to spend a lot, but will entertain any that could be shipped to me at a good deal.

Ideally it would be vintage Ludwig / WFL / Slingerland, but my budget may be more in the MIJ area which is just fine. Accessories, clamp-ons, pedal a bonus. Maybe even a project drum!
