Does anyone have a good photo of the cymbal arm? I'm not certain if it's the same as one I saw at a shop recently, but it sure looks similar.
I ask the same question again. The cymbal arm mount looks very familiar.
Stallwart - Check this thread...some folks have attached pics of the cymbal mount there.

I have secured the necessary lugs. I'm still looking for :
1) Tom muffler assembly with "one touch" throwoff.
2) 1 claw and BD tension rod.
3) BD mounted cymbal stand (the holy grail of Star parts).
A number of folks have contacted me regarding these bits-and-bobs. If anyone has any of these please get in contact with me.

I MAY HAVE THE CYMBAL MOUNT AND ARM BUT I NEED SOMEONE TO EMAIL BETTER PHOTOS TO ME... message me
I am in SoCal for several months and thus away from my parts at home in MI. Doing a Star-made restore. Anyone have the following:
T bolts for Star spurs/BD leg mounts.
Legs for said Star BD
16 in Star rim (or equivalent grade)
8 Star tension rods
Mickey is MIA, otherwise I would just go see him - lives right here in OC somewhere I believe.
See attached pic of what I am looking for.
I believe later Ludwigs (Asian Luddy) are the same thing but with different Tbolts. Not spending $ on something that is incorrect. I could just go to the hardware to get what I need to be functional (want to do some gigging with this little kit while I am here) - but would prefer to find what I need in the long run.

Hi all - I'm back from my health hiatus and am trying to restart this restore. I'm still in need of :
-metric tension rods for toms. Anyone?
-Also need the tom muffler.
So glad to see things still really buzzing around here!
Regards,
-Doug
Two quick & easy ways to fix the tension rod problem are;
!. replace the lug inserts with imperial threaded ones (if the lug design permits)
or 2: Many children's sets have MIJ threaded t-rods ie: Kids First Act
Hope this helps! Hope you are feeling better!
