Sorry if this isn't much help, but I have the exact same blue wrap you picture. It was supplied with a throw off that had broken, so I committed the sin of fitting a modern throw, just because I wanted to hear the drum! The seller did send me the broken throw however, and it didn't look like either of those pictured, it was a strange lever-type thing. Let me know if you've had any luck and I'll try to get a pic of said throw, it may help?
