W&A 'Big Blue' on ebay

Loading...

Boys,

Thanks to Jeremy, the owner of W&A Drum Co. my Big Blue is listed for auction on ebay under the company's account. We put a $2000 starting price on it, but I have no idea what anybody would be willing to pay for this one-of-kind kit. It may go unnoticed, or if I'm real lucky a couple of collectors will get into a bidding war over it. I have no clue which way it's going to go. It'll be an interesting auction to follow. There is no other example to base a market price on, so the market will decide the kits monetary value.

Wish me luck...

I want to add a very public THANK YOU to Jeremy of W&A Drums.

Well shoot, I hope you get a heck of a lot more than 2 grand for it. We don't know each other, but I've been a visitor to VDF for quite a while and you're obviously very knowledgeable and respected in the community. Good luck and speedy recovery.

Good luck John. I've put it on watch. I'm thinking you are going to find an interested international buyer. Very rare set and very historical company.

Go check out the thread. It's been read over 100,000 times I don't even know what the latest count is, but it's a cool restoration thread.
