Where did you pick up those hoop mounted spurs?
I have a 28" Ludwig Bass Drum I'm working on and I really do not want to drill and install spurs.
Do they work well for securing the drum?

The spurs work great! as good as modern spurs drilled in. I got them at pro drum shop in hollywood. I think they are danmar? can't remember....

Yeah, I ordered the Danmar spurs for a bass, they worked great. My distributor is here in Ohio with me, if you have trouble finding some, PM me and I can mail you a set from my shop.
On the bass drum, how deep is that 26" drum?
