Hi Ken!
If we're talking about the original RC snare drum, yes, they came with 2.3mm triple-flanged hoops. I did a quick search of new RC snare drums, too. The majority still come with triple-flanged hoops, but I did notice that the aluminum shell model comes with DC hoops.
