I don't mean to be unkind, but according to "The Slingerland Book," that's not a "Buck Rogers" stand...the true Buck Rogers had flat base legs.

I don't wan't to be unkind either so check out the Gretsch 1969 cataloge Item # 4986. Next time before you reply to someones post do the research first. Slingerland kits were advertized with Rocket snare stand model #1382. The bases were the same style as the Buck Roger stand but the bucket adjustments were different.
