I have 2 vintage Slingerland snares I'd like to sell. Here's what I know:

1. Slingerland Radio King piccolo snare, 4 x 13. 3 ply, 6 lug - perhaps a student line Radio King, dated sometime in the early 1950's? Your call. Aqua blue sparkle, in good condition. All parts present except extender arm on 3 pt throw off, butt plate is incomplete and the internal muffling is missing. See pics on Flickr. I'm interested in getting about $400 OBO.

2. Slingerland 5.5 x 14" 6 lug, 3 ply snare in very good condition. Dated Jan. 1960. Black Diamond Pearl wrap. All there except knob for internal muffer. Interested in getting around $300 OBO.

Lots of work has been done to the drums. Dissassembled, cleaned, buffed plating, etc. New heads on 14", new batter head on 13" & new snares. I also placed nylon washers on the drums in addition to their original washers.
