Anybody do these? It seems with the amount of MIJ kits around it might be fun to get a few of the more popular ones over too a photo place for reproduction. Or, maybe just have the correct sized images available on the web site to download. Just a thought.
Vintage MIJ Bass Head Logo's Last viewed: 1 day ago
I agree. That would be so cool to have the logo name on the bass drum. It could be set up to the exact size, so a person only would have to download it. Excellent Idea.
Cheers

I had a friend years ago--1995-- he passed away in 2000--he made Logo's of ludwig, rogers, leedy, ete at home he made them on thin clear plastic[[with black letter's in ink]] that you could stick on a new head with clear glue...Mikey

Maybe an inkjet could be used to print on clear media backwards so it reads through the shiny side?

That's what I was thinking, an inkjet printer on clear acetate. Bet it would work great, like Mike said.
I think it would be VERY cool to have basic black MIJ logo's.Acetate could be Exacto cut to the general shape. But what about Ambassador coated heads? They really need a stencil.Laser-cut stencils and a stenciling brush-very easy to do,it's the stencil that's the hard part.
