Hi all I will be looking at this set in about a week the photos the guy sent me the set looks to have a 18" bass drum 12 and 14 toms also a 14 matching snare. set is silver sparkle in color...What would be a fair price to offer what would be a fair price for me to sell the set at?

Wow! With all of the relevant info given, I can safely say that anywhere from $100 to $3000.
You do need to divulge at bit more information Mikey. If this kit is in excellent condition with a 14x18, 8x12, 14x14 and 4x14 configuration, it could easily reach $7-10k. So Everglade is correct. For now we lack sufficient information and his range is accurate.
