This a very rare Camco 4x13 Salemans Sample shell.It show's the 3 wood stains that Camco did..It has the Orklawn,Ill badge...

John, No snare bed's cut.Back in 1991 at the shop i put the outer edges to the drum it was pretty beat-up when i got the drum in 1988.Just a side note i almost get the salesmans sample of the pearl finish's that Camco did...Mikey

Cool, do you have the hardware that goes on that shell? Would be neat to see it as a complete drum. It is the only other camco drum i have seen with just oaklawn Illinois on the badge, other then the kit i have. Thanks for sharing.

Oh and is this considered a picolo snare? Just curious.

No i do not have the hardwear for the drum,even if i did i would not build the drum.Its a rare piece in my collection...Yes it's a picolo snare but if i recall right Camco did not show this size in the catalog....Mikey

Yeah, you wouldn't want to mess with this. I've got a set of the finish swatches. Very useful for restorations.
