Vent Hole Grommet for 40's L and L

I need at least 2 of these to replace the ones I removed and destroyed in the process of restoration. 1940's Ludwig and Ludwig.

Where can I find replacement vent hole grommets of this size that fit this badge?

Are these old grommets and badge holes the same size as newer Ludwigs?

Say like for keystone or BO?

BTW, what is this badge called?
