I am looking for sources for vintage drums/hardware made in the United Kingdom.

Could someone point me in the right direction?

Thanks all, and Happy Holidays !!

Drive South. When you hit the Georgia border, turn left and keep on going. Bit of a boring drive, though. When are ya headed out? I'm a sucker for good fish n chips.

Man, I would love to go in person, but I'm gonna have to depend on our friends across the pond to help me out for now. I am driving south later today to pick up a John Grey kit, which may need a few bits and pieces to bring up to snuff !

If you go to ebay UK, check for DM drums as a seller.....they had a regular website, but it appears to be down. I dealt with them for Preimer parts in the past with good luck. I know they do sell on ebay regularly.

Guys, I really need some help.

Some links or ways to contact dealers, good music stores, forums etc so I can find some parts.

Thanks, again Ludwig-dude for your post !

Possible places to contact:

http://www.vintagedrumyard.co.uk/archvdetail.asp?product=Vintage%20Drums&style=Drum%20Kit&manuf=Ludwig&ref=L26111316TH1

http://www.snarehouse.com/section.php?xSec=22

http://www.drumspares.com/scart.php

John Grey stuff comes up on UK eBay all the time. Some of it damaged (cheap), so it could be used for spares.

Haven't used any of the above companies, but it's a start (they might be able to point you in the right direction).
