Uppercase vs. Lowecase Amir cymbals

Loading...

One thing I have noticed upon further inspection is that the uppercase cymbals look to possibly have a different hammering process. Although, the lathing looks the same. Here are demos of my lowercase and uppercase hi-hats....

I need to clarify.... not all lowercase amir's were the same. Some had lowercase "amir" but were larger in size than the 2nd gen. and also have by Zildjian under it as well as have a "AMIR" hard stamp. The later 2nd gen. with small logo and Zildjian stamp. The quality of the ones with the amir hard stamp seem to be of higher quality and have a different hammering pattern compared to the ones with the Zildjian hard stamp.
