Unknown 13" tom

Hello to all

I saw this 13" tom and it is total enigma to me

It have lugs simillar to 80's tacton drums, made in former East Germany

Tension rods(if original) are like on Meazzy drums Italy

So, to me looks like former Eastern Europe

If you know something, please let us know
