Here you go.
And from initial tapping, it sounds good.
Will get a better tuning on it after dinner and see how she rocks. I will also post better pix later. Gotta run...

Well, I have done some tuning, and I think I will have to let the forum decide what to do with this one.
Let's review: 5 ply mahogany, Asian in origin, with re-rings, this is highly irregular. The lugs and hoops are Star, therefore this is a Star, no doubt in my mind of this fact. I have added the following in order to make this a good, playable drum. It has a great tuning range. Pearl P-85 style strainer and butt, curly maple veneer, lacquer with a Shaker Pine stain and 3 colors of super fine glitter, applied at a rate of 7 coats, sanded and steel wool between coats. The finish is DEEP. Top coat is.....I hate this, but really wanted to make a good, glossy and solid protective coat, Polyurethane. One coat, only as a protective layer on the soft lacquer.
Heads- Coated Ambassador top, Emperor snare side, for a nice, crisp attack and sweet response. Very sensitive, and NO BUZZ!!! The snare beds got an updating, and I happened to get them perfect. No snare buzz....how does that happen? What did I do right to deserve this?
OK, so Who needs a bad little snare, at a reasonable price? I am thinking about taking offers, so even if you are not into MIJ, this might very well be the one to get you started....
