An unorthodox arrangement to be sure, but probably an effective one....with a chip that just won't quit....and a ching-a-ring that's built right in.

Just for the sake of size perspective here's the rest. An 18" and a 20". So my guess is that the top hat is less than 14". The bottom is a small swish.
