Think it's characteristic IV...I mean if you have a IV in front of you...it has those characteristic/s. Which leads me again to- the same team- made an era- was disbanded- insignia changed on restart up- and new workers-new forman- new something /changed/
with every insignia change/ I see very little overlap (besides "geez this is god awful beautiful) But looked at closely- each run thruout an era---were like paintings done by the same team of painters!) I don't know how else to explain it..
~ How many times did the letterhead change/ the "owner" proprietor/ change/
Were there "slow" periods where a "team" of workers were disbanded sent home (and maybe withina month or two later) New workers- Insignia change- workers/style/ change(d)..
It's just crazy how - within an era- (that you documented Bill as does, the stamp)- consistent- they are. besides weight irregardless

Why does the stamp change coincide so closely with a build change? That's the eternal mystery to me on that level.
It's a wonderful mystery but must be a practical reason..
And that's the only/best one/ I can come up with.
there were lulls/production abandoned/ shut down/ then a regrouping..restart
six times ...around there...maybe 4..
How did the Build evolution of the K coincide so close with the insignia change.
Somebody was directing it..Or it was a consensus..of change/evolution..somewhere in that building..

that IV is like everyone else's IV (besides exact gram ...diameter specific, and irregardless) anywhere on the planet in posession . A IV is a IV . How did they do that.. An Intermediate is an Intermediate- on down the line from anywhere in anyones posession, determined by insignia.
How did they do that.

If you seen one you've seen a thousand or a 100 of them.(respective of stamp) within a stamp era, they were near carbon (no pun) copy's.

Talk about strict "quality" control and this is a near all hand-made instrument.
Must be like those Rolls-Royce factory men (and women) that put together bespoke interiors for clients (ha..
and they look 3D printed but are all handmade.
