Can anyone tell me what years the cleaveland, oh tags were used on the inside of the drums? Also, my 20" base has unidentified hardware for its legs. Im wondering if you purchased the drums individually, did you have to put your own legs on? anyone know?

According to The Rogers Book, Cleveland tags were used from 1956-1965.
Posting pics of your bass would help answer your question.
