Snare is the only one I have seen. Also seen the lug being used on toms with the second hole filled with small electrical cap.
So it seems the new lug would match the drilled holes pattern for snares, bass and tom in the case of this mardi gras set? Then you'd only need to source 12 small lugs???
The small cap is a solution. Must be a variety from which to select and it could produced a clean looking result, especially if located in an appropriate color or touched-up a bit to match.
Then, of course, there would be the mid-60's era solution. Pull all the old lugs off and install the new beavertail lugs. The set would look nice when done (albeit somewhat devalued).
