There's that exact hi hat stand for sale on my local classifieds for $20 Cdn. And it looks like the legs swivel ??http://www.kijiji.ca/v-batterie-percussion/longueuil-rive-sud/hi-hat-sonor-et-stand-de-snare-sonor/1223831234?enableSearchNavigationFlag=true

They move back and forth, plus the wheel moves to expose or hide the points. Those points don`t do wood floor any justice.

The one I had to get after I got the kit, was a skinny jazzy type lightweight you shouldn`t smack. I ended up getting a 81 Yamaha tank. I just lent out that HH too.

The pic is the skinny flimbsy one I got at a flea market, I think.

If I could, I will get that one.

Not just any Premier 2000 snare. This is from the first time the drum featured in the Premier catalog. These drums with the earlier badge and beer barrel hoops appear to be genuinely rare. Shell is COB rather than COA that the 2000 is famous for.

My 1963 Leedy Shelly Manne set in Black Diamond Pearl is shown in the 1965 catalog in Gold Satin Flame. The configuration for my set and the set in the catalog is 14x20, 16x16, 9x13, and matching Shelly Manne snare drum that is sometimes referred to as the Broadway model. I also have the pictured hihat and bass drum pedal.

No matter how far you push the envelope, it is still stationery.

Cool Thread. I always try to find my sets in the catalog scans. My 1940 L&L kit is pretty close to the catalog, but I have a 12" rack tom. The Club Date is spot on.
