I'll throw my hat in the ring here. This is my Premier APK Heritage MicroBop kit in cosmic blue sparkle. All birch shells: 16x14 bass, 13x13 floor, 12x7 rack and 13x5 snare. Big sound out of this small package with proper heads and tuning.
This is the Display Your Premier Drums Thread
These have some issues wrap-wise ..but for the measly hundred bucks
with a full set of hard Enduro cases I had to load them up
Does hardware only count? Here is my Faux Premiere (intentional misspelling). Start with some birch PDP shells, and Tama Imperialstar converted floor tom. Fill original lug and mount holes. Drill for Premier vintage lugs and tom mounts. Rewrap with Merlot wrap. Get a special order stencil for the bass drum with extra E as inside joke.
Keepin' this thread alive! I finally took pictures of my 1960's Olympic model 1182 snare drum, wrapped in original Red Silk. -Mark
Very nice! I'm actually picking up one exactly like that this weekend. Very excited, love the finish.
A couple of weeks ago, I did purchase another 1960's Premier-Olympic 1182, in red sparkle.
This young lady was given it, by her grandfather, who was the one and only owner. She didn't want it, my luck. It's 100% original, including; the wires, heads (top and bottom), even the snare string.
It came very dirty, as it sat for years (all though the inside is perfect, top head never coming off helped that, I'm sure). I took it apart, cleaned up everything, gave the lugs some white lithium grease, and put it back together. Throw off works perfectly. Lovely drum.
One before picture, a couple after.
Cheers.
Very nice, gents!!

I've had so many Premier / Olympic / Beverley drums over the years - most fall into the "why did I sell them??!!" category.
These two are all sold on now:
Premier deluxe 1926(?)
Olympic "discus" in red sparkle (pic taken before I'd cleaned it up!)
Some more!
This first one is an odd one, but I just had to buy it! Olympic 60s snare, the guy I bought it from recovered it in three typical Premier / Olympic wraps for what he called a "Union Jack Stripes"
Lastly my main kit, bit of a labour of love, this one! I found XPK shells and recovered them in WMP - 8/10/12/14, with a Keller Shell bass drum (hoops wrapped by Gary Noonan)
Also another 60s discus snare that I rewrapped to match the (above) kit
Here are some pics of a Kit I just got.....Trying to gather some info... I posted a new thread so i wont clog this one with a bunch of pics, but I have some questions for the Premier Guru's out there.
Please see my other thread,
Thanks
