last one. sorry about not posting them all together. ive been taking some pics today. already had a pic of this one.

this was originally a 12x15 ludwig marching snare with 10 high tension lugs and a super sensitive snare mechanism. someone had redrilled it for a p87 strainer. it is a b/o pointed badge model with 803529 serial number. the wrap is much like an early version of galaxy that has been discussed before. only has one color sparkle and is like that under the lugs as well. the badge and grommet are intact. i added some maple hoops and claws from an early ludwig marching snare to it.

Here is my 1954 Leedy & Ludwig marcher restored...It took 2 coats of Tung oil on the shell and 1 coat on the hoops...All original parts except the heads...

That's just the adjustment "knob" for the strainer.... it doesn't come off.

The heads for the t-rods are much bigger...
