This is a Ludwig late 70s(?) marcher that I bought today for $40. The serial is 1980217.

I only to put snare wires on it.

It has two bottom hoops.

It sounds awesome! Clapping Happy2

I think I know why it has a bottom hoop on top!

I was able to attach my sling to one of the slots and carry the drum! Cool1

There is no other carry attached to the drum.

Oh yeah. I had an old 60's Ludwig snare stand and just took a hacksaw to it..
