Hello,

I'm not from down under but some time ago I stumbled across this Youtube video where you can see a Drouyn kit (logo can be seen at 2:12):

Here we go Sleishman.. Bubinga shells with a satin finish 8, 10, 12, 14 and 16 ( the 16 is missing from the photo) with a 20 bass drum. Snare is also Sleishman but is Ironwood.

My latest acquisition: Drouyn marching side drum, circa 1972 (best guess going by SN).

Currently cleaning it up and trying to remove old lead-based paint from the hoops without having to resort to sanding. I've posted in the Restore page too. Not sure what I'm going to do with it though. Might make a nice floor tom, if I can find a snare stand small enough...
