I just picked up this snare on a 5pc Swingstar kit today. $150. Had to buy the set. Looks like a 14x6.10 lug.Can anyone help me figure out what year it was made? It has some minor pitting, otherwise in good condition. S/N 83-12154. 1983? One of the toms S/N is 82-14200 and has the red "T" badge. 1982? Thanks!

Chrome over steel usually if not always, not sure TAMA made any
chrome over brass shells...
