This may have been covered in previous post but for me,I have a late 1970s Ludwig Supraphonic shell that is very heavy pitted. How would I go by removing all the chrome so it will be all bare aluminium? I know this may sounds like blasphemy to the normal collector but I figure these shells come dime a dozen and taking into consideration its condition,I can make it look a whole lot better than what it does now.
