I had a kit in the mid 60's and thought it was a Stewart Rogers kit. Was this an earlier form of Rogers?

That is the reason they get referred to as "stencil" kits. Low grade, cheap ass copies of the real thing. Stewart were straight up japanese import.

Stewart Rogers drums were actually imported to the UK by ....Rod Stewart!

They were the drums played on the heavy metal classic"Do you think I'm sexy",a timeless number always guaranteed to induce a firm BM......Burger Kin

Falling Do

Seriously though....I wouldn't call Do You Think I'm Sexy a "heavy-metal" classic....it was more like disco. And for the record, the drums recorded for that session were Ludwig....played by none other than the legendary....wait for it......Carmine Appice.

Good joke though.....Toilet
