does any one know anything about this cymbal ? found it in a yard sell sounds and looks great is it old?

That's all I could find on SoundVader..
I guess maybe 1982 is old to some of you... but it is pretty recent to me. ;)

Yes, definitely not a "vintage" or high end cymbal and from a value standpoint, probably $50 or so. If it sounds good, then play it. it won't rejuvenate the retirement account unfortunately.
