This is a different model all together.

If you take a look at the Slingerland Snare Drum Page you will

see the model there.

This "Student Model" drum is usually $75 - $125

Am gonna be spiffing it up a bit.

Appears this is misrepresented as a Sound King. Thanks for your input, guys. Hey, I'm looking to refurbish and old Gretsch marching snare.. should I post elsewhere in forum, or seek assistance here?

[COLOR="DarkRed"]Definitely a mistake in calling it a Sound King...although...it's not a bad snare drum at all, if you like that sorta snappy-crack acrolite-ish sorta tone.

Post the marching drum in the Restoring section...
