Sonor Teardrop 13" tom to snare conversion

Here's one member wayne sent me to re-work for him.

late 60's Teardrop 13" beech shell cut down to 6 1/4"

Hybrid edges: vintage round over on batter, the original 45 on snare side.

Vintage 60's Sonor white pearl wrap.

FYI: wayne is a VERY stand up guy.

Deal with him with absolute confidence.

He GAVE me an extremely nice D444, in advance, for doing this project for him.

Prince of a guy.

He was quite happy with it.

First tom to snare conversion I've done.

strainer was one I had here.

he didn't want to spend $ on a better one.

Original badge was replaced.

I love tom-to snare conversions

Backbeatkeeper had this unwrapped Kent shell a few years back

$280.00 later, here she is....

I call her the Kent Deep Popper....lol
