Slingerland's

Loading...

Greetings, I just picked up a Slingerland Kit from CL, appears to be mid to late 70's...I did not get a chance to inspect it...because if I did I would have offered a bit less. Anyway, I will restore it as best I can...any and all comments, advice are welcome...as the pics will show, some moron changed the mounts, on the rack toms and for whatever reason, put Ludwig Mounts on the floor tom..also changed the Bass Mount...sheesh... looking forward to getting it back into playing shape... I'll post better pics soon...Thanks in advance for any and all comments and advice.

Even with the modifications that is a nice kit. Great for gigging! How much did they set you back?

He wanted $300.00, I offered $200.00...not much in the way of pics on Craigslist...I will post some better pics later this week. He also mentioned he was clearing out his closet and some of the missing hardware might be in there...fingers crossed...

200 is a steal. But yes better pics would be nice, these are very small. But what I can see they look nice.

Thank you!

Thanks, I promise to post better pics this week...my computer skills are a bit shaky...I used my phone for these pics but the file was too big to upload so I had to reduce the file size...they are a bit banged up but overall seem to be in decent shape...I did not get a chance to give it a good once over...most likely Tuesday or Wednesday ...I can't wait to start the rehab...
