Slingerland Wing Screw

GOT IT! Thanks everybody for your help.

I'm trying to locate a wing screw like the one circled in the attached pic for a '70s Slingerland bass drum center mount. If anyone happens to have one for a reasonable price or knows where I might find one, please drop me a PM.
