Slingerland's Festival model, chrome-plated steel shell. This one will have a black and silver football badge, and is from the middle 1970s, circa late 1975 - early 1976. The flat flange is characteristic of the COS version of the Festival that was prevalent throughout the 70s, from about late 1970 onward. This drum was Slingerland's bread & butter student/beginner metal snare, and a minor ton of these were sold. So they are pretty common now, with commensurately modest value as you might expect.
