I have a chrome 5X14 18 lug slingerland. I think it could be a BR model, But I have not been able to find a match on the net. It has the black and silver oval badge. I can't post any pics yet but will soon be able to. The only reason I think it's a BR model is becuase the lugs are staggerd. Please help me by finding any history, or value to the drum. Thanks.

Is the shell size, not including the hoops, 5 x 14 or 4 x 14"? Is it a metal drum, or chrome over wood?

Your snare drum is the Slingerland Two to One model from the late '70s. It was copied from and idea the Frank Wolfe Drum co. had many years earlier...12 lugs on top, 6 on the bottom. That's a pretty hard drum to come by...I imagine it would get a few hundred dollars...
