Slingerland parts needed

Loading...

Hi guys, I'm looking for 4 leg mounts for a floor tom, the holes are 2.25" on center. Also could use 4 bass drum lugs. Eventually I would like to replace the leg mounts on my other floor tom, it has the push button kind and I don't like them, would like to change to the wing nut style. So ideally I could use 7 mounts but 4 will get the new kit up and running.

Thank you!

Jeff, Steve Maxwell is making repops of these and think they should be ready soon if not already? Might be a good option if you find originals are hard to find.

Ya Glenn, I did see that and there are re-props of the lugs also from different companies. I think the Maxwell mounts are 25.00 each so I was hoping to find some for less than that. If I dont have any luck I might have to go with Maxwells.

Thanks Buddy!

Hi Jeff,

I also have quite a few Slingerland bass drum lugs in my parts bin. Should you ever need more, just let me know!

Still need the floor tom brackets, so are the re-pops the way to go on these? Seems like a hard part to find.

Thank you!

Jeff, yes, the mounts are hard to find... Most originals go for 25 or more anyhow.. Many that I see on Ebay have been re threaded and some have odd wing's/T's etc... As stripping out thread is an issue you may still have to repair originals anyway... So unless someone on here can help, I'd go with Maxwells...

(have not bought them.. but they do look well manufactured)..

Cheers

John
