So I've been wanting a Slingerland Logo head for the blue sparkle kit I re finished. I decided I could make one myself, and it actually turned out great. All I did was take a piece of paper and taped it over a 24" Slingerland head I have over the logo. Traced it, then I blackened all the letters. I cut as much of the white off as possible, but left enough to be able to glue to the head. All said and done, if you didn't know you wouldn't be able to guess. Unless you are literally an inch from it.

Jay looks great! What kind of paper you use? If you ever do more I can give you some vinyl sheets that have peel n stick adhesive on the back. Or even just sheets of coated or uncoated sticker stock. I do have some clear vinyl sticker but it's not very clear. If your ever in Bpt during the day your welcome to stop in the shop and check it out in person. Only drawback is most sheets are 12"x 18".
