I've been on the hunt for some Radio Kings (orphans or complete set) on another thread in the WTB forum and have decided to widen the search.

Anyone have (or know of) a 50's-60's Slingy kit in a duco finish, with a 14" FT? There's a 4-piece kit on ebay right now that looks pretty nice, with a BIN of $800. The finish is a little beat up, but that just adds to the character IMHO. The only rub is that it has a 16" FT. I really prefer a 14" for my rockabilly setup. I figure it will be easier/cheaper to buy a kit with a 14" to begin with, rather than trying to find one later.

I found another duco kit with a 14" FT in burgundy/gold. It's a classy combo but will clash big time with the HUGE red/black/white logo on the BD head. So, I guess my preference is for the much more common BLK/GLD, BLK/SLVR, or BLU/SLVR
