They're still for sale. Just struggling with the Idea of shipping them. I prefer a buyer willing to Pick them up. Indiana 46113.

You are really limiting your chance of selling them by not shipping. A lot of you guys are scared of packing and shipping drums for some reason that I can't understand. It's not brain surgery. You need plenty of the right materials, common sense and the time to do the job right. If you're uncomfortable packing them yourself, have it done professionally.

Don't forget one thing: When those drums were new, Slingerland shipped them to the store that ordered them. They didn't magically float from the heavens.

I have confidence I can pack them just fine. I've had a half dozen kits shipped to me, in the last couple years, so I have packing material out the wazoo, and seen how it's done.

I just don't know folks wont try to pull a fast one on me. I've sold many things on ebay (cambycorner) a 2 or 300 cymbalshas been my biggest risk.... I haven't had any problems, but 2000 bucks is a big daggone risk when the buyers' got you by the nutsack.

I can understand that. I haven't had terribly bad experiences selling gear. Maybe I've been lucky.

Paypal protects both buyers and sellers. If I was a buyer I would insist on paying the added 3.8% for full buyers protection, I wouldn't use their friends/family option unless I know the seller. As a seller you make sure the shipper you use offers signature service. Yes the buyer could make unsubstantiated claims like the item is not as described and try to strong arm you into refunding some $, that risk is there even in private PayPal sales...

Thank you Eric! If they sell, I'll be hunting for a Camco kit to replace them with.

Since this is not ebay. I suggest shipping them with payment being made by a personal check or P.O. money order. That way there is no chance of "seller regret". Another possibility is to take paypal as a gift payment.
