Slingerland 2 1/4" floor tom brackets 60s

Loading...

I am looking for at least 2 60s (early to mid I believe) Slingerland floor tom brackets or mounts that hold the leg rods. the distance between center of bottom thread hole and top thread hole is 2 1/4" on the bracket. that is the distance I need to fit the holes existing on the floor tom drum. I'm also open to any suggestions about how others have got around this, whether it be another brand or era floor tom bracket that fits this size. Any help or folks with parts that will work, much appreciated. also, the hole for the leg opening that I need would be for a 3/8" leg rod. Thanks!

There is a set of 3 on Ebay at present but they don't come cheap..

Ebay #131475655007

If you still have the original housings the best shot is to have them re threaded/ "Heli Coiled"..

The "Heavy Duty" model of Jammin Sam's will do the job but will require you to "Keyhole" one of the mounting holes.

Thanks much. Yeah, I ran across those 3 on eBay and was pretty shocked by the asking price... And the seller said that he already had a couple of offers. Wouldn't sell just 2 of them.

You're third suggestion sounds like a good route, I think I can work with that and don't mind the extra keyholing to save nearly $100. Thanks again.
